At the end of the day you need to decide if you want an intense environment of if you are looking for a more relaxed environment. Moreover, do you want a corporate feel or more of a “Silicon Valley” feel. This can be hard to figure out. Some will demand work from home as their breaking point. Whereas others will just require a certain numerical salary threshold.
